NEW REGULATIONS FOR WEARING & USING FLOTATION DEVICES

New regulations have been released allowing PFD's in lieu of life jackets in some applications.

IF PFD'S ARE USED INSTEAD OF CARRYING APPROVED LIFEJACKETS, THEN THEY MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN THE VESSEL IS OPERATING.
